A straightforward account of what this website collects, why it is used, and which services process it.
When you submit the contact form, BodyFix receives your name, email, message, interest, and any optional phone number or contact preference. The form also sends limited attribution data in the page URL: supported UTM parameters and fbclid. Do not include private medical information.
A Cloudflare Worker validates the request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes device and interaction signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The Worker sends accepted inquiries through Resend to the BodyFix inbox, using your email address as the reply-to address. Cloudflare, Turnstile, and Resend process data under their own terms.
Acuity Scheduling provides the class calendar, registration, and payment experience. Acuity loads on the Classes page whether or not you accept optional analytics because it is essential to booking. Information entered in the scheduler is processed by Acuity and its payment providers under their policies.
If configured, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” If you decline, this site does not load those scripts or a Meta noscript pixel. You can reopen Analytics preferences from the footer. Acuity may separately use its native GA4 or Meta integrations on completed bookings if BodyFix configures them.
The site stores a versioned accept-or-decline analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. It does not use local storage to keep your contact-form message. You can clear the preference through browser storage controls or change it through the footer control.
