Do I need yoga experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Amanda gives clear directions and practical variations. Established students can choose more depth while participating in the same class.
How much does a class cost?
Advance booking is $25. A walk-in is $30 when space allows. An optional mat-and-block rental is $15.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, water, and clothing that lets you move comfortably. Reserve the optional equipment rental if you need a mat and block.
What if I need to modify a movement?
Modification is part of the practice. You may adjust depth, stance, range of motion, props, or position. Contact Amanda before class if you want to discuss a specific concern without sharing private medical details.
Are classes medical treatment?
No. Many people arrive feeling stiff or cautious, but BodyFix classes do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Follow advice from your healthcare professional and choose movements appropriate for you.
How large are classes?
Typical maximum capacity is 30. Current availability is always shown in the Acuity booking calendar.
Can minors attend?
There is no minimum age, but a parent or legal guardian must remain present. Minor registration and waiver requirements are still being finalized.
When and where are classes held?
Indoor classes are offered year-round at partner spaces around the Tri-Cities. Outdoor classes are added when weather permits. The booking calendar is the source for each class’s confirmed date, time, and location.
What happens in bad weather?
Weather changes mainly affect outdoor classes. Indoor classes continue unless the booking listing or a direct update says otherwise. Weather procedures, credits, refunds, and rescheduling terms are still being finalized.
What is breathwork like?
BodyFix uses practical, body-aware breathing as one part of movement practice. You remain in control of your pace and can return to normal breathing at any time.
